Audyt Zgodności was created as a deliberate effort to structure the transition from regulatory requirements to verifiable findings, evidentiary documentation, and actionable reporting. It is not merely a marketing landing page or a simplistic scoring script. The core of the project is a proprietary Compliance Engineering environment that maps legal norms, obligations, and criteria into an assessment process, an evidence repository, quality control gates, and findings structured for further expert validation.
The first application of this environment is digital compliance screening for public websites. However, the system is architected more broadly: as an operational framework for managing audit cases, cleanly separating Screening, manual-assisted Pre-Audit, and a planned Full Audit. The system does not pretend to deliver formal legal sign-offs, act as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), or replace certified accessibility auditors where expert review is necessary. Consequently, evidentiary rigor, finding qualification, quality control gates, and disciplined inference boundaries form the foundation of the design.
What has been built
A public service website (website acceptance audit protocol) alongside a local operational environment: screening engine, automated validations, a reference goldset of 20 benchmark domains, evidence logs, case artifacts, contractual specification documents, operator task queues, and a "System Center" GUI. The active runtime is Screening V1 in a restricted, controlled scope; Pre-Audit operates in manual-assisted mode with client-side rendering (L2), while Full Audit is designed as a future milestone.
What the project demonstrates
This project shows my approach to process-driven applications and digital compliance: first define the regulatory baseline, scope of liability, evaluation criteria, data inputs, evidentiary material, and inference limits. Only then does automation become sensible and reliable.
What the project is not
- It is not an automated scanner issuing binding "compliant / non-compliant" legal verdicts.
- It does not replace an attorney, data protection officer, or certified accessibility auditor.
- It does not promise legal sign-off or formal certification.
- The absence of detected non-compliance is never treated as proof of compliance.
