I started in traditional web development, back when many sites were built around CMS systems, templates, and bespoke client implementations for small businesses. Following an extended break, I returned to computer science through engineering (B.Sc. Eng.) and master's (M.Sc.) degree studies to formalize my knowledge and transition into modern software architectures.
Today, I combine that earlier web foundation with a modern application stack: full-stack development, data analysis, Python, machine learning foundations, and the practical use of AI tools.
In recent projects, I designed and built several independent applications and tools: a Compliance Engineering / Compliance Audit environment, an academic MCDA calculator, a classroom workflow tool, an information briefing system, and an application for cooperatives and buying groups.
I am most drawn to systems that bring order to specific workflows: information distribution, decision analysis, educational processes, compliance screening, group collaboration, or data preparation for subsequent analysis. I do not view these projects solely as a software portfolio — they serve as an empirical testbed for designing processes, data models, user roles, operational boundaries, and sensible automation.
Current directions
I am developing personal projects, preparing for potential academic engagements, researching topics related to AI in education, and continuing research into machine learning methods and missing data in logistics.
