A selection of projects I designed and built as applications, tools, or demonstrators. They reflect my workflow: problem discovery, process modeling, user roles, data architecture, implementation, deployment, and deliberate definition of boundaries and limitations.

Project based on a Compliance Engineering framework: from regulatory requirements through criteria and evidence to quality control and reporting.

Web application for multi-criteria decision analysis: problem formulation, weights, ranking, method comparison, sensitivity analysis, report export.
Skan Dnia
Editorial and analytical system for producing concise information briefings: RSS sources, topic clustering, editorial workflow, versioning, publishing.
OmniKlasa
A closed-access school application for managing assignments, student submissions, revisions, feedback, and class matters. Not an electronic gradebook.
Cooperatives
Application for food cooperatives, CSAs, and buying groups. Structures collaborative purchasing around demand rounds — without pretending to be a store or marketplace.
Note on project statuses
- Every project carries an explicit status: active in development, demo, educational tool, pro publico bono, or personal project.
- This is intentional — ensuring no demonstrator is mistaken for a high-traffic production service.
- These are not traction startups; they are evidence of engineering and domain workflow.
